I've received a damaged/ faulty product, what should I do?

We are more than happy to replace any products which have arrived damaged or faulty.

What is your 90 Day Return Policy?

Shopping for sensitive skin is hard; we know, we’ve been there! That's why we offer a full 90 days for you to try the products and if they don't work out you can send them back to us for an exchange or full refund. 

What are the terms and conditions?

We created this policy so you can shop for your skin with total confidence, and we know almost everyone will understand and respect it. If we spot someone exploiting our policy, we reserve the right to reject future orders.

How do I arrange my return?

To arrange your return, please contact us at info@theepicrosenaturalbodyskintique.com. Once we review your email.  Details on how to send the products back to us will be emailed to you shortly after.

Did you know? Our skin works on a cycle of around 28 days so we encourage you to give your new products a try for a full four weeks before deciding to return them to us.

When will I receive my refund?

Please send us a copy of your postage receipt when you have sent the product back to us and we will process your refund straight away. 

Otherwise, we'll wait until the product has physically arrived back with us and we will process your refund upon receiving it. This usually takes between 1-2 working days.

We will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, refunds can take between 3-5 working days to appear back in your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days of the refund being processed, please let our Customer Response Team know @ info@theepicrosenaturalbodyskintique.com

How do I cancel my order?

If you no longer require your order and it has not yet been shipped then we can cancel this for you*. Please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible to let us know. 

If you have already received your shipping notification email, we won't be able to cancel the order. Instead, you can refuse delivery upon arrival and we will process a refund once it has arrived back with us. Alternatively, you can return the unwanted order under our 90 Day Returns Policy.
